Returns Policy

Hassle-Free Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Please check your fragrance or home scent orders carefully, as fragrances and home scents can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

You can expect to receive your order via standard shipping within approximately 6-10 days to major cities, 7-14 days for other destinations and 10-14 days for more remote areas. If you have not received your order after 14 business days please contact us. on e-mail infobodyandbeauty@gmail.com

Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery.

If you leave special delivery instructions you are authorizing the couriers to leave a parcel without a signature. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage in these cases. If no one is home to sign for your parcel it will be delivered to the nearest post office.
